Golf Cart Question

My family of 5 will be staying in the cabins this summer. We have 2 adults, 2 teens and an 8 year old. My question is, if we rent one of the Golf carts through WDW, will we all fit?? How are they configured.....can the little one squish in between or safely sit on a lap (she's not very small; pretty tall for her age).

We are a family of 5 and fit just fine. My DH and DS-12 sat up front and my DS-6, myself, and DD-4 sat in back. We had room left with the 3 of us in back. I don't think you'll have a problem.
Just hope for a decent one. Everytime ours went up a slight incline I thought I'd have to get out and push
