Golf cart parking at Outpost Depot?

Is there a lot of parking available for golf carts at the Outpost Depot? We were planning to drive our golf cart to the buses each morning to save time and just wanted to make sure there's lots of parking there. TIA!

We never had a problem with finding a space in the "cart" lot there were always extras left, (but we usually are not there during peak times). I will say that it seemed to me that the parking areas near the boat launch were always a bit harder to find a spot, especially when it is time for the fireworks. It seemed to be a free for all afterwards with people and golf carts jockeying for space around the area near the store/beach entrance.

I have to agree with kazlac4, parking space at the settlement is harder to come by.

We utilize the parking areas both at the beach and in front of Pioneer Hall, just a short walk away from the beach. Between those two, we never have had any difficulty finding parking.

During spring visits recently I've noticed the golf cart parking at the Outpost (up by the check-in) filled up and overflowed out onto the grass shoulders down by where the horse ride trail crosses the main road. That's a busy time of year though. You will thus be able to find SOMEPLACE to put your cart.

Just not always with an "Outlet" to charge the cart, so keep that in mind if you are going with a low charge on your battery.

I've never seen the Outpost full, so you should be fine.

A tip if you need to park at the Settlement - the lot across from Trail's End is hardly ever full, even at dinner time, so you could always park there and walk down to the beach/boat. Or if you're really stuck, there is a large parking lot across from the bus stop at Settlement. I've only ever seen golf carts there, but I've always wondered if you could get away with parking a car there to pick up a nice Giddy Up and Go from Trail's to Go lol.

Always plug in the cart before you go to bed and you should be fine all day. And if you've never been there before, you'll see that all carts look alike, so try to bring something to tie onto your cart to distinguish it. A bit of garland, some flowers, some gel clings, that you can pick out in a crowd.

thanks for mentioning this! I've been wanting to ask if people do that. I know people like to mark their strollers for stroller parking and I wanted to do that for the golf cart.
