Oh yeah - and the tackle box is screwed down and is used to carry spare parts. Tie rod ends, fuses, self tapping screws, nuts, bolts wire, wirenuts, and of course, the all important bundle of zip strips. My DW tells me that i can fix anything with duct tape and zip strips. But thats another story.

Hate to say it, but i had to upgrade the brakes and rear rim this weekend cause i was sliding it around corners so fast i was shearing off the spokes from lateral stresses. It now has bmx rims that should holdbup fine.

Upon first glance, I kinda saw this coming...but only from firsthand experience - not cuz I was trying to find something wrong with your design. Some time ago, I made a push gocart for the kids and used standard bike rims for the back wheels. A few too many tight corners at a decent rate of speed and the hubs were quickly wanting to retreat from the rims. If I had bmx nylon mags laying around, I would have used them, right?...LOL.

All that aside, I am SO jealous of your buggy. I've seen a lot of pictures of nice customs over on the community board, but none can boast the means of transport and legally being able to use bike trails that yours does.
