Since Golden Oak is on Disney Property and the Four Seasons will-are they considered "Disney Resort Properties"?

1) I would like to know if anyone knows what happens after the "3 year or 1 year" pass to the World (do they get an annual pass?)

2) AND the transportation for those people who bought property at the Golden Oak community? Also, are they going to provide a Magical Transport and new bus line from the Four Seasons to the parks?

Just curious how all that would/does work as "Disney owned":confused3

There is some info here for Golden Oak:

http://www.disneygoldenoak.com/disney-connection/

On the featured offerings tab, it mentions door to park shuttle service or mini-coach. They get EMH.

It also mentions the VIP Pass which must be purchased on an annual basis. So after the complimentary 3 years they would probably have to buy it.

The land the Four Seasons is sitting on maybe Disney owned, but the Four Seasons will not be Disney Branded. Like the Swan and Dolphin, which sit on Disney-owned land and are Westin and Sheraton branded, the Four Seasons will be Four Seasons branded and not Disney.

What Disney benefits will Disney extend to Four Seasons guests? Who can say? We'll know more when the Four Seasons gets close enough to opening to start marketing its guests rooms.

As to the question of ownership of the land that Golden Oaks sits on, I have not read the fine print of the purchase and sale agreement for a Golden Oaks property, but I'd like to think that for $1.5M the buyer would own the land that the house sits on. But once again, who can say?

My understanding is that Golden Oaks is set up very much like a HOA. There are multiple restrictions on what can be done with the land, how it looks, how it appears for both the neighbors and from the street.

After the initial three-year. The VIP thing must be renewed on an annual basis and there is a cost for that.
