I haven't had bad service, I just have always used Happy Limo and have been "Happy" with their service! Due to trying to get report card grades in semi order and lesson plans done, I was trying to book our MCO-Disney transportation just over 12 hours out. Happy Limo couldn't fit me in.... I started making calls.... NO GO on most of them except one guy who abruptly told me to call back later, (you just lost business, buddy!) In a panic, I suddenly saw reason and remembered the glowing reports that ducklite had written about Jimmy from Golden Limo. http://www.goldenlimofla.com/index.html
I called them and WOW! Jimmy answered himself and didn't have a problem with my pickup being so near to the time of calling. He didn't have a towncar for my pickup, but said since that was what I wanted, he would charge me just that rate, but we'd be picked up in a limo! DS loved it!
He was waiting for us the luggage pick up and we were wisked off. He is very friendly, pleasant, and extremely professional. Our pick up for the following Monday went just as smooth, with another Limo for our return trip!
Of course, the "limo lottery" as my son calls it, will not always happen, but between his great service, low prices, and the Limo lottery on our side, we just found ourselves another Limo service! Sorry HL, you just lost a repeat customer forever! I know that happiness is subjective, but Jimmy made us smile from ear to ear!

If you want fantastic service at a fair to low price, please call him! I wish I would have gone with him many trips ago!

I had used Quicksilver last year with good service. However; with all the nice compliments I had e-mailed them to see what type of limos he had available and prices. What a pleasure it was to hear a voice instead of instant reply on the e-mail. Don't get me wrong, the majority of the time e-mail is the easiest way to get in touch with me. I just didn't expect a call. He sniffed out my phone number on my sig and gave me a call instead of e-mailing me back. Phone conversation is the preferred method. Jimmy was very courteous and quite a character! I'm leaning towards using him for our next trip.
 

We used Jimmy in May when we flew into MCO. He was super! Friendly, courteous and knowledgable. He called me the evening before both pickups just to confirm. I thought that was great, took my mind off of wondering if we would be standing aroung looking for a ride or not. He was there waiting for us on both legs of the trip. I would highly recommend him.

Does anyone know how quick Jimmy replies to E-mails? I sent an E-mail yesterday but haven't heard back yet.
 
Why not call? We are flying out a day ahead of time and I called yesterday to arrange pick-up today. Not a problem and gave me a good deal for a one-way transport!
 
He is the best, isn't he? We're going to surprise some friends who are coming to visit this summer with having him pick us up at our house and whisk us to WDW for a day!
