We’ll be visiting the parks this weekend. I believe the Laughing Stock Co. show has ended, is that correct? Is there any entertainment going on here in the interim before the dueling piano show begins?

Yes, the Laughing Stock Co show has been cut and is no longer in operation. However, there is a magician nearby/out front. I am not sure if he is going to be a staple until the dueling pianos show up or if he'll be a returning face.

Here are the facts according to this article:

"The dueling piano show likely won’t debut until late October or early November.

Disneyland posted a casting call notice for improv piano players scheduled for Oct. 8 at Recess Studios in Santa Ana, according to the Disney Auditions website. Rehearsals run from Oct. 11-21."

Sounds like you won't be seeing any other live entertainment going on.

Disneyland is moving away from live entertainment to save money.
