Golden girls' home

I have been to MGM about 5 years ago and I am sure I have seen the house of the Golden Girls overthere.
Next month I will be at WDW again, can I still see it at MGM?
A friend of mine is a real fan and wants a picture

No sorry, you can no longer see any of the houses that were on residential street as they were all demolished to make way for the new stunt show.

This is getting a bit sad,
all the things I really liked 5 years ago are gone now.
The island with the animals as well....
Hope that they really think that they have replaced them for better things!
I have seen the stuntshow in Paris, liked the Golden Girls better

the amusement park business is one of constant change...and although it is sad to see some favorites go, it often opens up an opportunity for new favorites! I really miss Discovery Island as well; it was one of our families favorites...as a replacement for DI, I would suggest the following at AK: the pangani forest trail, the conservation station, and the wonders of flight....not exactly the same, but suitable....

When Animal Kingdom opened they moved all of the animals from Discovery Island to the new park. Actually, the area where the Tree of Life is located is called Discovery Island.
