I called yesterday and got 3 renewals but my email doesn’t show that they are attached to anyone specific. How do I attach them in MDE to make park reservations? Do I have to wait until we activate them in person to make reservations? Can I attach them to anyone in my friends list? TIA
Go to your MDE account - My Plans. Click on "Add More Plans" and choose the link for "Link Reservations and Purchases". There will be a box to link tickets. Then you can follow the directions. It's user friendly.
As soon as they are linked, you should be able to make park reservations. I am assuming the people you link them to already have APs, otherwise, you would have had to buy new passes.
I got mine within minutes when I renewed a few weeks ago. Did you check your Spam/Junk folder? Do you maybe have another email registered? I have 5 membership numbers and one of them is linked to a different email account...

Thank you. For some unknown reason they sent it to my DD's email. Which I can't figure out how they even have it since it was purchased under my DVC account which she isn't on. But all is good and thank you for your response.
