gold pass black out question

The website shows the gold pass black out dates for 2016/17 as dec 19- jan 2 Nd. Anyone know if this means it includes Jan 2 nd or if it ends that day?

Includes Jan 2, which of course is the national holiday because the first is a Sunday.

Oh DUH!! I was trying to figure out why last year the 2nd wasn't included and this year it is!! LOL. We went last year on Jan. 2nd but this year we had to plan for Jan 3rd because we'll be renewing our passes to the Gold one and I saw the 2nd was included & I thought that was odd. Brain fog!!
