Gold AP and Photopass question

So I see that as DVC members, the Gold AP comes with Photopass, with the time for download extended to 365 days. Do we still have to purchase each picture before we can download it, or is this more like Memory Maker, where you get all of the pictures?

You don't have to pay extra if you have a WDW Annual Pass that included the PhotoPass download entitlement.
