Gold annual passes, available to everyone I am traveling with?

I am sorry if this is the wrong section but since it dealt with DVC membership, I am posting it here. Please move it if it isn't allowed. For our next trip, we are planning on buying gold annual passes. We have two rooms booked as we are taking my parents down with us. May I buy gold passes for everyone traveling with us? I have two of my children, my parents, husband and myself for a total of 6. DH and I are both on the deed. Thank you in advance!

As long as they are immediate family members living at the same address (and yes they will ask for photo ID for all of them) then you're good to go!

Do either of you have your official DVC address still listed the same as the parents or is anyone a FL resident, otherwise no, only members and minors?

They will no longer be living with us at this point so that won't work. The kids are minors so I assume that they are still okay for gold membership? My parents will have to buy a regular pass unless they buy before we go

You partly missed my point. The requirement is they have a qualifying document that fits the same address as an owner. It sounds like you may have shared the same address in the not too distant past. For children and parents that's not overly difficult to do in many cases.

You can always buy them the pass, but you won't be able to activate it without an official photo ID, like a driver's license or passport, when you go to use it the first time. You'll have to pay the extra to upgrade to the non-discounted Platinum pass for them since they won't be eligible for the Gold pass.

It's upon the AP activation that it is verified if a person is eligible for the gold pass or not. Since your parents don't live with you they will need to purchase regular passes. Your minor children qualify even if they don't live with you. Once they turn 18 then they have to still have their main residence with you to get the discounted APs.

I don't think they would accept a passport because they don't have addresses printed.

I think you'll need a Blue ID card and either a DL, Military ID or valid state ID showing the same address as an owner. Here are the requirements for the FL resident discount, I suspect it'll be the same in practice.

Florida Resident Tickets:
Proof of a Florida residential address is required. For each ticket purchased for an adult, you may provide any of the following:

• Valid Florida Drivers License (must have a Florida address)
• Valid Florida State-issued ID Card (must have a Florida address)
• Valid Florida-based military ID

If you do not have one of the IDs indicated above, then you must provide one of the following, dated within the past two (2) months evidencing a Florida residential address together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, state identification card):

Proof of Current Mortgage
Monthly mortgage statement not older than two (2) months old
Deeds, Mortgage Contracts, Mortgage Payment Booklets and leases are not accepted.

Bills, Policies or Registration
Current homeowner's insurance policy or bill
Current automobile registration, insurance policy or bill
Current Utility bill (Power / Phone / Cable / Water)
Bills can be no more than two (2) months old (PO Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency).

Mail
Mail from financial institutions; including checking, savings or investment account statements
Mail from Federal, State, County or City government agencies
Mail can be no more than two (2) months old (PO Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency)

One form of Florida residency validation as listed above is required. Additional members of the same household must only provide proof of same residential address.

Current statements and bills printed from electronic versions are accepted, along with electronic bills provided via smart phones and tablet devices.
