Gold Annual Pass question

Can I buy gold annual passes at the DVC price for our entire party or only immediate family? I know I can buy for my wife and I and our 2 kids. Can I also buy for our mothers (the grandmas?). It's rare they don't go with us so thought I'd give them the option if it is allowed.

Per DVC:
As a Disney Vacation Club Member, you and your immediate family (living in the same household) can save on select annual passes for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
In some familes the grandparents live with the family, some don't.

If both grandmothers have an ID that shows they live at your address, you can purchase annual passes as the discounted price for them. If they don't live at your address and don't live in Florida, they can't purchase Gold Passes.
