Hi, I'm new to this board, and going to be new to WDW. I have been to Disneyland in California, but not Disneyworld. I need some information. I'm going to be a chaperon on a school trip, with my son. Grr why it has to be a school trip LOL. The group has a 3 day hooper pass. I want to know what is it good for. I have not had a chance to get in touch, with the sponser to ask her. I'm hoping it will be good for all the parks.

Also, want to know how deep is most of the water, at Blizzard Beach.

Thanks!!!

The PH is good for the four parks, PI, and the water parks. They are good for only 3 days. All you have to do is slide a plastic card through a slot to get through. if you are staying at a bigger disney hotel then it should be fused in your room keys. You will be able to keep the card as a souvenier like you should know from DL. Remember this is not an annual pass.

The water at Blizard Beach varies. The wave pool is a max to 6 feet I think. The water slides at the end is only six inches to 3 feet. There is also a golf couse there just before you enter the park. This is one of my favorites, Winter Summerland:earsboy: . I suggest it if you have time to try it. At least for Santa. :jester: :earseek:

Welcome to the boards. You probably have a 3 day ultimate park hopper pass. Four day park hopper passes are the least # of days sold unless this is a special deal. If it is the ultimate pass, then the person with the pass, can go to any WDW park or facility as many times as they want during the 3 day stay. You can go to several places each day, if you wish.

You may go to www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/tickets.htm for more details.

Enjoy the trip.

K, I finally got a hold to my sponser today. We are going to have another meeting this Saturday, about more details, but we are going to have a problem. It is like 50 students, and about 4 parents going, is it safe for them to go to different park by their self. I think most will have cell phone on them.

We're gonna be there soon too. I hope you have a wonderful trip. I'm looking forward to mine......:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

They might be able to be on their own. Say 16 and up on their own and under around the chaperoens. Or at least split the groups up by four and do a differnt parktwice a day. Then on the last day have everyone decide where they want to go on the last day and that's where all 50 will go. Even for an E- ticket night. (When you get to stay later and ride certain rides as long as you pay for the wrist bands if you have the extra money.)  :jester:

On the Disboards there are abbreviations right. Go to this web site for them. http://www.wdwinfo.com/abbreviations.htm

that what the parents are thinking about. We only have 3 days for Disney, so here what we figure out so far.

Sunday-BB or TL/MK
Monday-Epcot/Dowtown Disney- last nighttime "roaming" at Disney.
Friday-Animal Kingdom-get ready to leave at 4:00

Also, have to think about the weather in Flordia, might be sunny the next minute, and the next minute it might be pouring down raining.

The rest of the days between Monday and Friday, we will be at other theme parks, and attration. They have something plan everyday. They going to Cocca Beach, Kennedy Space Center, IOA or US, Sea World, etc... They are going to be busy.

I get to go free, but for the students (my son included) it was over $1500. So I'm glad that over 15 students was able to offord it, but to have about 50 students going is excellent. I guess most have been saving up, or there parents work mighty hard for them to go on things like this.

Here is what we did on a single day trip to a amusment park around the same size as Magic Kingdom. Hope you have fun.

When I chaperoned on a single day trip to Kings Island in Ohio (amusment park) for my son's 8th grade chior group, I had all the boys (10) to keep in touch with. After they preformed we went to the park. We had to be back on the bus at a certain time. My group of guys picked a buddy or two and was told to stay with that buddy. We gave them a time to meet us mid way through the day. They did great only had one set of boys to be late. They were on a ride at the time and it took them a few minutes to get there. We then had them re-meet us at (8 or 9 don't remember the time) to get on the bus for home. Over all not a bad experience.
