Going to water park before getting to room

For our Sept trip, we're looking at starting at Universal, arrive Saturday, US/IOA Sunday and Monday, then taking Uber to BWV on Tue, most likely after breakfast. My first thought was to spend Tue at one of the water parks, because there's no way we could make rope drop at one of the WDW theme parks. Plus I expect US/IOA to be intense for us as we haven't been there much, and we could use a rest day.

But the obvious question is where to change? Obviously we can check our luggage at BWV, and pack in a way that makes our swimming gear convenient. But where would be able to change into swimsuits and then change back?

Alternatively, we check in early and head to either Epcot or DHS. I'm not sure I like the idea of a part day.

Why not just relax at the pool at BWV if you're concerned about needing a rest day? The water parks are almost as exhausting as the theme parks! There are changing facilities at BWV pool also.
