UPDATE:
I-95 has been closed again this is the 3rd time already today.
This fire is within 150 feet of I-95 at last news report.
This fire was started by lighting yesterday afternoon.
Flames can be seen from the roadway.
The shutdown is from MM-195 in the south to MM-201 in the north.
