Hi All,

I need some advice. We have been to Universal a number of times before and are coming back in the summer for 2 weeks at Disney Port Orleans Riverside. We (family of 4 2 x kids 15 and 17) want to have 1 day at Universal for a 2 park ticket.

I am looking for the cheapest way to buy a 1 day 2 park ticket.

We have always brought a 2 week ticket in advanced in the past as we have done a couple of days but with only 1 day this time that is really not an option.

It maybe that we just buy on the day but I was just wondering if there was another option?

Kind regards
Brad

Sorry that I don't have an answer, but can I ask what do you think is the best way to get to Universal from WDW? Thanks.

Hi, When we go we do not have a car. So we get a taxi from the resort and from Port Orleans its about $30 to 40 each way.

We did this last year, the best thing to do is shop around online the various ticket agencies for the best price. We bought ours from an agent near WDW, the Official Ticket Centre, at Vineland Road as they were the cheapest then. We opted to pick them up from the store. Pay at the gate is the most expensive option.

The horrible truth seems to be that a 1 days 2 park ticket is almost as much as a 2 week 2 park ticket bought in advance!

Get an Uber taxi, will be around half the price :)
