Hey guys this is the first post I've writen here in a while. I have been a member since 2003 but never use my account. But hopely that will change now. From Friday the 29th to March the 2nd I'll be at the Resort for the St David's Day Welsh Festival. I havn't been since September so not seen the Tower of Terror or the new Hollywood sets. Just a couple of questions through...

1) Did anyone go to the St David's Day Welsh Festival last year and what exactly was it like?

2) I had two table service meals inside the park last time at Walt's and Blue Lagoon and I was wondering what other resturants offered good service, that you could recomend. The meal at Walt's was good but I wasn't too impressed by the Blue Lagoon.

By the way once I get enough post counts I will share with you some of my pics from September. Expect more pics to come also from my short break later this month.

We love Lucky Nugget Saloon as a family - it is a buffet all you can eat style as well as a character meet and greet so not sure if this is what you are looking for :goodvibes

For table service in the park you have Silver Spur Steakhouse or Auberge de Cendrillon which is a princess meal.

i think inventions and l'auberge de cendrillon have wonderful staff.
there are also two really nice ladies working in plaza gardens.

we're going to the welsh festival for the first time too - we're mainly looking forward to the fireworks.

never knew there was a welsh fesitval sounds fun ,what goes on apart from fireworks

Mickey and Minnie Mouse will dress up in Welsh costumes.

Disneyland Paris will include a fireworks display in Welsh colours and a Welsh male voice choir will be performing at various times of the day in front of the castle.

Disney Village will host a Welsh Food and Craft market, plus live Welsh bands will be perfroming live at Billy Bob's Country Western Saloon.

There were 2 sections on the DLRP website last week dedicated to St. Davids and St. Patricks Days - looked for them last night and since they've changed the home page they seem to have disappeared :confused3

DD's school are going there to celebrate St David's Day - Dydd Dewi Sant.
DD wanted to go but she went to New York, Washington & Boston with School last October so I told her she couldn't do both.
