Going to the Fort June 8-18 2015!!

It will be myself, DH and our 4 little ones ages 9,7,5 and 4 at time of the trip. This is our very first trip ever!!! I'm so excited and as soon as next years rates are out I'm booking a package with the dining plan.

We plan on renting a camper so we will have plenty of room in case my mom and my MIL are able to make it.

I have a question though. If I book everything assuming they will be going and they are not able to make it, will I be penalized in any way if I then make a change to the reservation? If so, what is the latest I can make a change before being penalized?

Ive been lurking for awhile now and am so super excited to be finally past my year away mark I'm a super planner so Im loving all the fantastic advice I've been getting from here!

With a package you have to the 45 day mark for changes. If you add and not subtract $ they usually will do it at no charge up to a couple days prior to check in.

Hans Olo, the only penalty other than mentioned above, might be the rental company of the camper you are renting from. You might want to check their policy. Have a great time planning your trip.

When I rented a pop up, I got one big enough for myself, and 5 teens. Only 3 teens were able to make it. The pop up renter charged us for the pop up, not the number of campers sleeping in it. So the most that could happen would be you would end up with more room than you need.

We will be renting a large camper from Greenberg so I won't have to change that reservation. It will hold all of is either way

I should know well before the 45 days if they will be able to make it but who knows, emergencies do come up.

I think I will still plan on all 8 of is going that way I can set up all ADRs and Fastpasses!

I'm soooo excited!!!
