Well, I have these friends that bug me all the time for my car. They are both married and I am not. Whenever something goes wrong, they call me, not their husbands.

Well, I blew up this Sunday/Monday. My blood pressure has been sky high since Sunday. 140's over 90's. It won't go down. Hopefully I won't need meds but who knows. I'm no spring chicken anymore!

Why do I let my friends get to me??????

Anyone here run or want to start a "just say no" course?

You just gotta say no. Make up any excuse you feel you can say, but don't let them walk all over you.

I hope the docs can fix you up and you feel better soon.

After all the mean things I said to them, I don't expect to be asked for anything.

I am half way to dropping. I just don't want to hit the floor too hard.
