Going to POP in a few weeks. What are considered "best rooms"? I would like to try to req. our rooms. it's worth a shot.

Whats important to me: ground floor - and close to main area... but not sure if it's lobby / front desk / buses / or pool that I want / should ask for.

We are travelling with 2 adults 2 kids and 2 toddlers.

Also, want a tub in one of the rooms to be able to bathe the toddlers / soak after a long day... (with this many kids, though - who am I kidding?! Ain't nobody got time for that.)

Thanks. Any suggestions/advice about this is much appreciated.

What type of room do you have?

We reserve standard and always ask for top floor (I don't want to hear anyone walking around above me), lake facing. The 60s section is our favorite. Even the rooms closest to AoA in that section don't feel far from the lobby area. With the room refurbishment, not all rooms have a tub/shower combo, so if that's very important you should make a request for that.

You didn’t say if you have preferred or standard rooms? Also I’m assuming you need connecting rooms. The rooms closest to the lobby/food court/ bus stop are preferred. If you have standard rooms reserved I think the 50’s section rooms that aren’t preferred might be the closest to lobby/food court/ bus stop.

However first and foremost you need connecting rooms regardless of location. And with little ones like yours my second request after connecting would be having at least one room with shower/tub combo. Then location!

At POP, I like 60's area to be super close to main pool, dining hall and buses. If not 60's, which I believe much of it is Preferred rooms, then the 50's.

You should request: "ground floor, close to main area, with a tub."
Or, " close to main area, tub, ground floor. "
Or, "tub, ground floor, close to main area."
Or, "ground floor, tub, close to main area."
Or, " close to main are, ground floor, tub. "
Or, "tub, close to main area, ground floor."

If you do have two rooms booked, you need to make your top request CONNECTED ROOMS.

And even that is only a request. But if important, put it in.

I'd also add tub to that.

Too many other requests may backfire on you too, so pick most important.

I’d make 3 requests, no more with most important request first, then close to main area, ground floor. I think your chances of getting a tub in one of the rooms is good. We stayed last Dec in new rooms and both our rooms had tubs.
I liked 70’s area, we were in a ground floor room facing the central courtyard and it was close to the food court and busses.
