Going to Pleasure Island- Where to eat?

My husband and I are going to have a night out without the kids. We are going to Pleasure Island and have never been there before. We were thinking of eating at Wolfgang puck(I read about it on the Dining page here for D.D.) Is it nice? We don't like seafood. Do we make a priority seating? Any other suggestions?

I also would like to take the family to the House of Blues gospel brunch. Do we have to have admission to pleasure Island to do that?

I would suggest eating at Portobello Yacht Club to the right of Pleasure Island next to Fultons (the big white paddle boat). We like Wolfgang Puck Express but weren't too crazy about the sitdown establishment.I always suggest making PS for any restaurant that accepts them, as the restaurants at Downtown Disney fill up quickly! You can call 407-WDW-DINE to make PS for either one of the above mentioned restaurants


As for House of Blues Gospel Lunch. You can purchase those tickets on line with Ticket Master or call House of Blues. While you are on the phone making your PS at 407 WDW-DINE ask to be connected to House of Blues Box Office-- they can connect you. House of Blues is not located on Pleasure Island. It is at Downtown Disney West End at the far end of the Downtown Disney Complex (PI is in the middle) to the right of Cirque du Soleil (looks like a great big white tent).

Thank you Thank you, That was such a detailed response. I needed that Disney dine number!! What didn't you like about the Wolf gang sitdown? we've been to the marketplace and I have seen the entrance to PI but I'm not sure where disney west side is. If we eat in the west side one night is it feasible to still walk to Pleasure Island to do clubs?
