Hi

I have booked MNSSHP for 23rd October as a surprise for DS. Never done this before so would be grateful for any tips and advice.

I'm hoping my 2 kids (DS 8 yrs & DD 14 yrs) will dress up for the party (I know DS will not sure about DD). Was thinking of dressing up ourselves but not sure, wouldn't want to be the only big kids in fancy dress. pirate:

Do they get many adults dressing up?

Do they provide you with trick or treat bags or do you take your own?

Are these events really busy or does Disney restrict the numbers so that you have a good chance of getting on the rides without queuing for ages?

By the way would loved to have done the Dis meet but we won't be in the Disney area until 21/10.:sad1:

See you there - that's the night we are going! I'm dressing up but only in a homemade skirt which is black with shiny red ghosts and skulls on it! Red tee shirt and black cardy which looks like a spiders web. The boys are wearing tee shirts with skulls on and DH will probably get a tee shirt when we are there. I have bought our own candy bags and some glow sticks as I've read its hard to read the maps in the dark! I believe its quite easy to get on the rides as the numbers to a certain degree are restricted by how many tickets have been brought.

We're going on the 23rd.

Me: Aladdin
DW: Jasmine (but blonde)
DD: Pirate Queen

We're eating at the Liberty Tree beforehand.

We're going on the 23rd too!

I'm going as Minnie, and mum is still deciding whether to dress up or just a holloween t-shirt while we're there and wear that.

What about a dis meet that night? :confused3 (It would be my first one, so I'll the organising over too someone else lol)

I looks like there will be quite a crowd of us.

Since my kids don't know they are going we were going to buy outfits when we get over to the US, just hope there will be some left! Think I might buy candy bags as well just to be on the safe side.

I'm going that night - look out for the 3 "Bravehearts" in kilts and a "Hazel McWitch"

Hi Jools

They do provide you with trick or treat bags, but you are of course welcome to take your own. You will have a blast, it is my favourite night of the year!

Hi count me in we are going on the 23rd too I am going as Dorothy my Dh as the tin man our friends are going as glinda and the scarecrow lets just hope we can get the costumes in our cases . We told our DS (10) and our friends DS(9) about our costumes and they where quite shooked:scared1: and said they would pretend that we where not there parents I don't know why they are going as a Halloween clown and legolas from lord of the rings see you all there and have a great night .:cool1:

Well since every one else seems to be dressing up then it's a definite must for us too.

I'm going to have to make a note of all these costumes and look out for you all on the night.

Can't wait now, it sounds like it will be brilliant.

See you all there.
