Going to HH for labor Day weekend!!!!

Just booked a 1BR at Hilton Head for August 31- September 4th, for a long Labor Day weekend!!!!! it will be myself, DH, DS9, and DD7.
Has anyone been there before over Labor Day....did they do anything special at the resort, like a barbecue or anything? Is anyone booked for this year?

I am sure that I will be asking all sorts of questions about restaurants, and activities over the next few months!!!!! I just had to share my excitement....this will be our first time at Hilton Head!!!!!
