Going to Hawaii!!!

Just booked our two bedroom at the Aulani resort for Dec 17 through the 23rd! And airfares to Hawaii from Denver are already dropping (double wooho0 ).

This one is going to be fun. I am surprising my wife. She thinks we are going to SSR. My grown kids are meeting us. I won't tell her at all. I plan to hide the destination as long as possible. I am hoping we board our flight with a shocked look on her face

Yes, standard view was gone. I booked the Island view (360 points for 6 nights).

What a great surprise for your wife! By the way, in case she panics in the airport when she finds out she's going to Hawaii instead of Orlando (and she thinks that she did not pack enough stuff/stuff she needs), tell her that there is a Target 10 minutes from Ko'Olina and a well-stocked Costco too. She'll find all that she needs really close by (including bathing suits, sarongs, wraps, towels, sunblock, etc).

I took my wife on a surprise trip for our 40th b-days this year. She's a big fan of the amazing race show so I created clues that I started giving her a week or so before the trip. The morning of the trip when we got to the airport I told the attendant at the counter that she didn't know where we were going and the were awesome. They grabbed her ID and verified who she was and hid everything from her. They even played with her by telling her to enjoy her time in Alaska. We were headed on a cruise.

Enjoy your trip and post lots of pictures. We're planning on spending our Spring break there next year in March. We can't wait!
