I went biweekly to monthly when I was pregnant with both of my girls.
Hydrate and sit - that will be more important than which rides.
You can always seek shelter with your small ones at the Baby Care centers - all of the staff there is phenomenal. The DCA one has an adult potty inside, too.
Watch for signs, like others have mentioned, but don't be afraid to just take it at your own pace. Follow your young children and see what they want to go on. Ride in Casey Jr. The Storybook Canal Boats, Pirates, Small World, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Jungle Cruise, Buzz Lightyear. Sit and enjoy the parade or a band at Carnation Gardens. Go over to Tom Sawyer Island and let the other adults run with the kids while you sit in the shade. Go to Innoventions. It's airconditioned there. Sit in the Animation Building in DCA. That's good for over an hour in the main room alone. Add Crush, the Beast's Library, Learn with an Animator, and Ursula's Grotto and you have a much longer period. Do Muppets, Monsters, Aladdin (get there early for Orchestra seating). enjoy the Little Mermaid - the line moves quickly.
There really is so very much to do while pregnant!
