Going to Disney 7/27 after "trip" elsewhere, laundry ?

DD, 13, is in the US Kids Golf Teen World Championship in Naples, FL from 7/23-7/27. After this we are taking a well deserved rest??, well, ejoyable time, at Disney 7/27/8/2. We are staying at the Yacht Club where we stayed last time. However, this time I think I may need to do some laundry, after all, HOW MANY shorts does anyone have???

Is anyone familiar with doing laundry at YC or getting it done for me? Is it outrageously priced? Or better worth my time?

I have NEVER had to do laundry while away, but don't think I've ever been away this long.

Need your clothes cleaned?

If you need to wash your clothes during your stay at the Yacht Club, laundry facilities are located adjacent to the quiet pool area located on the far front side of the hotel, closer to the Swan/Dolphin hotels. Likewise there are laundry facilities at the quiet pool of the Beach Club.

If you need something dry cleaned or pressed, you'll find a card detailing services and costs in your room upon check-in. An iron and ironing board are located in most guest rooms. If your room does not have these items, they can be obtained free of charge by contacting housekeeping.

I would suggest you do your own laundry (unless your son is Tiger Woods!) because laundry services are incredibly expensive.

I think it cost a $1 to wash, and $1 to dry - but you need a couple of times through the dryer.

I would bring my own detergent and fabric softernor.

disney has a thing about tide. I am allergic to tide and don't think I am the only one who is.
