Going to CA! Yay!

Hi, everyone,

Last night I made reservations at Marriott's Shadow Ridge Resort in Palm Desert, CA for Nov. 15-22. Yay! I know it's not right in LA (exchanged a timeshare), but we plan to visit DL while there, plus take in some golf, San Diego Zoo, among other things.

Can anyone give me a weather report for that time of year, and does anyone know anything about Palm Desert? The pics I've seen are beautiful.

I live in Palm Springs and Palm Desert is 20 minutes thru traffic east. The Marriott's Shadow Ridge Resort looks like a very nice place. The company I work for did the plumbing (we are plumbing contractors). Beautiful weather, golf courses, swimming pools and great shopping near by. If you need any further details let me know.
