Going to book 4 nights in december for the xmas season. Starting from wednesday 18th until sunday 22nd december. Woohooo! Cant wait, already counting the days.

Any advice will be appreciated . Do u think it will be extremely busy that it will be difficult to do most things or ?

To be honest, it will probably start to get busy towards the end of your trip, UK schools are out from the Friday and Disney starts to fill the nearer to Christmas. We'll be there Christmas week and I know it will busy then!!

I dont mind it being busy as i expect it to be so at this time of the year, will get to most of rides etc towards the begining of our trip then and then just take it as it comes.

I was curious as both times we visited dlp was in march and didnt experience much queues etc.

With regards to dinner in restaurants how far in advance should we make reservations? We'll probably like to go to: anettes, cafe mickey, rainforest etc

Currently debating wether to book newport or disneyland hotel? Its just a matter of stretching the budged :rotfl:

You cant book Rainforest or Annettes so you will just have to hope you can get in those 2
I imagine 20-22nd will be very busy as thats the last weekend before Christmas so you will probably be best to book any restaurants you want for that time before you go especially Cafe Mickey (I think you can book 2mths in advance but may be wrong there)

Congratulations on your booking :goodvibes

::yes:: you can book 60 days in advance :thumbsup2

For Annette's try and eat earlier if you can, before 6pm. It gets busier later on. Rainforest Cafe was ok up until about 8pm this week, but not sure how it will be nearer Christmas.

Happy Planning :)

To be honest, both get extremely busy during winter as the restaurants in the parks close for dinner or early, Cafe Mickey will be busy too, though we're hoping for breakfast :)

This is EXACTLY when myself, DH, DS and DD will be there!:) I was working on the basis that it will be pretty busy Wed/Thurs/Fri and then get VERY busy once the schools break up. And then we will be heading home on Sunday after a nice hot choc in Salon Mickey.

It sounds terrible, but we are off on a 16 day holiday to the South of France in 19 days but all I can think of is my countdown to our DLP Christmas trip! I never imagined we would stay in the DLH and I have secretly booked a Christmas room too! :cloud9: Kids (aged 12 and 15 and both love DLP) know we are going to DLP, but think we are staying offsite. I simply cannot wait! It is my birthday on Dec 12th, and the Christmas room is my birthday present. Yay!
