going to be at DL in a couple weeks, need info on crowds and ride closings

I'm going to take my DSs to DL in a couple weeks and would like info on crowds and ride closings. Anything will help.

For info regarding Disneyland, go to http://www.disneyland.com and click on the center graphic for General Information. On the next screen, choose Hours & Schedules in the left-hand column. You will then be asked for the day that you plan to arrive and how many days you will be staying. After inputting this info, you will be given each park's operating hours, parade & show times and refurbishment schedule for each day that you will be there.

For the weather, check out weather.com. This is the link for the current conditions and 10-day forecast for Anaheim.

You can also access the Averages & Records for the Anaheim area to determine the average high & low and precipitation for the specific days that you plan on being there.

Sorry - just re-read your post and see that you didn't ask about the weather. But, you might find that info useful anyway.

As for crowds - I have no idea. From the postings on this board it sounds as though crowds at DCA are nonexistent.

Don't know exactly when you are going, but we will be there on March 14 for several days. Of course, I'm hoping that crowds will not be a problem. It is our Spring Break, but I realize that most Spring Breaks are later in April and that most schools will still be in session in the middle of March. Basically, anytime you can go when school is IN session is better than going when school is OUT!

The crowds have been unusually small during the past few weeks at both theme parks. Some restaurants have been closed due to the smaller numbers.

Currently Pirates of the Caribbean and Mr.Lincoln are scheduled to be closed during portions of March. And at DCA Mulholland Madness has been closed with no listing opening date.

We periodically check the above information for changes.
