I have two things that I am required to do at camp...besides supervise the kids;)

1. We have to come up with a skit for the last night. Just something funny. Sometimes kids poke fun at the teachers...or anything else funny. I am so not creative that way. DH went two years ago with our son and he said the girls had all kinds of props and such...that I needed to be prepared ahead of time. Any ideas would be appreciated.

2. I need to come up with a cute cabin flag. They said that we will have some supplies, but again, the kids get very creative and I will need to bring extra stuff. We have to have a cabin name on the flag as well.

Ok...I lied...three things.

3. The girls cabin usually have some sort of item (hat, visor, shirt) that identify themselves.

I would love any suggestions. There will be 4-6 girls in each cabin. Thanks so much in advance:)

Sorry to shamelessly bump, but I really need help:)

You could get Mickey Head paint chips from Home Depot and put those on a shirt or something. That is about as creative as I get, sorry. Maybe if you google short skits or something you could find something online.

If you go down to the DISigns thread (here in this grouping), there are some very talented T-shirt designers.

They can show you how to tie-dye shirts, or design a transfer for you.

Do a google for Cub Scout skits. Some of them...ok, most of them, are, um, stupid, but I have seen a few good ones.

Go to a craft store and find foam visors. Get foam stickers and glitter glue to decorate.

Do they give you the cabin name?Do they give you the flag and what is it made of? When you are at the craft store, take a look around. Glitter glue is one of my favorite craft items.

You could make a flag out of ribbon. Take a look around at the ribbon in the craft store, they have tons of different kinds. Thick, thin, decorated. I like ribbon:)

On the skits thing I'd grab a sack of everyday household items, thrown in with a few really really odd items. We had this activity at a church retreat where we were given this HUGE sack filled with odd props and had to make a skit out of them. They were pretty hilarious. I vividly remember my camp experience, and the place we found some of our most awesome props were odd items we'd brung (as students) for supplies. Socks, shower caps, ect.
