Going Solo

This may sound like a silly question, but do you ever feel lonely? I am thinking of taking a solo trip, but I am worried that I will miss having my family with me.

On my 7 day solo trip in November, I didn't feel lonely at all! I was too busy and having too much fun to feel lonely. At the end of my trip, I was actually sad to leave... I would love to have stayed longer.

There are definitely times when I thought "DS would really like this" or "the girls would love this" etc. but I think that's how I always feel when I'm anywhere without them. Not lonely though. Kind of hard to be lonely when you are having fun surrounded by thousands of people.

Thank you both! I took the plunge & have booked my flights for may I have an AP, so now I just need to figure out where to stay.
