Does anyone know the current requirements if you want to go seasonal? I think they may have made some changes that require alot more hours.

From the HUB:

Important reminders for CT Cast Members
03/12/2013

As part of requirements implemented in 2011, casual temporary (CT) Cast Members in operational roles must work 150 hours during the prior 12-month period in order to maintain his or her employment status. This requirement is measured four times per year. Review dates to measure hours worked take place at the end of March, June, September and December.

The next 150 hours review period, measuring hours worked from April 1, 2012 - March 30, 2013, will occur in April 2013. CT Cast Members who have not worked at least 150 hours during the past 12 months will be separated.

Cast Members who wish to see how they are tracking can visit The Hub >> Quick Links >> Payroll Services >> Hours Monitoring to review hours worked for any given timeframe.

This tool, designed based on Cast Member feedback, provides all hourly Cast Members (full-time, part-time and seasonal) with a more convenient way to monitor and keep track of the hours they have worked. The Hours Monitoring tool must be accessed while using a networked computer on-site at Walt Disney World Resort property.

CT Cast Members also must submit their future availability quarterly during specified times. Availability for the months of May through July 2013 must be submitted by March 31. This timeframe includes several of the summer months when additional support is generally needed in the operation. CT Cast Members can submit their future availability by visiting The Hub >> Work >> CastLink - WDW >> CT Information >> Labor Service Center.

For additional questions or to determine if this rule applies to you, contact the Labor Service Center at 407-939-5226, option 2.
