Going rate for OKW

I am interested in purchasing an additional 100 points at OKW. Our first purchase was $65/point. Can someone give me an idea of what the going rate is now?

How about extended contract prices ... Anything?

Most extended contracts are going for around $10-$15 more than a non extended contract. Very similar to what SSR would sell for. There just aren't that many of them for sale.

How long ago did you buy your OKW? It seems most 'deals' run $60-$65pp. With the extra cost of the extended contracts I think SSR is a better value for less $ pp and less maintenance fees.

Maybe, but I personally would rather have the 11 month window at Old Key West. I like that resort much better. Saratoga reminds me of an apartment complex and you never need the 11 month window to book there.

As of today, I'm lucky enough to be able to call both SSR and OKW as my vacation homes. If you have a big family, OKW has the best deal point-wise for a Grand Villa.
We are paying $77pp for 160 points August use year.
