Going Out after DP?

Do we need to make reservations if we want to go out to a bar (ie. Raglan Road, American Dance Hall etc.) after the dessert party? We'd like to be sure we can get in somewhere, but we don't want to have food and beverage minimums applied....also known as having our cake and eating it too!

Should these places be easy or difficult to get into on a Friday night in November? Any recommendations?

How many people are you going to be having go out after? Also, do you just want to go have a few drinks or do you want a table? If you are going somewhere like ADH I don't think you need reservations or anything, ASH is huge, but if you go somewhere like Raglan Road and want a table, you should, however this would depend on the number of people.

We too are planning on doing this. Nothing planned (although it would have been awesome,) but more of a "Hey! Let's get together and go drink." type of outing with close friends and family. We'd really like to do it at the Contemporary. Just get a few drinks at the wave and sit down in the many floors of comfy couches! Man, I love that resort.

Our group could be anywhere between 7 and 15 or so. Hm. We won't really care about being a hotspot, but just somewhere we will be able to hang out and have some drinks. I imagine people will want to sit...I think we might just leave it and look for somewhere that might not be as busy (if there are places like that on friday nights ???). Thanks for the ideas. I haven't been to the GF...but I imagine it to be amazing!

Can you go to Atlantic dance hall or jellyrolls or raglan road in your wedding attire?
