GOing on your birthday question

If you arrive late at night on your birthday can you still get the birthday pin the next day? Will WDW let you celebrate the entire time you are there?

They don't ask for identification when you request a birthday pin. I went for my birthday last year and celebrated it for two days. This past May we went with friends and celebrated a birthday for three days (the birthday girl wouldn't wear her pin, but we let everyone know it was her birthday).

I am going down for my birthday this month and am going to wear the pin(s) all week. Mk, Epcot and AK all have their own birthday buttons (I am not sure about MGM.. but i think it is the same as MK) so I am going to get one from each place

You will have a blast celebrating your birthday at WDW. We went for my birthday last year. My birthday was the first day we went to the parks. We were at AK for my birthday. I got a birthday button when we got there and I had all kinds of birthday suprises. Had cast members wishing me happy birthday in Swahli (correct spelling). I even had a cast member bend down and tie my shoe for me because my hands were full. We went into Island Mercantile at AK to shop and one of the cast members saw my birthday button and she went and called Goofy on the phone and he sang "Happy Birthday" to me and I also got a certificate that day as well. In fact I had Goofy sing to me twice that day. We were staying at the AKL and I went down to the gift shop to pick up packages and they called him there too.

When DH got ready to make our ADR's I wanted Jiko to be my birthday dinner. So when DH made our Adr's Jiko was the first one he made. He mentioned that we would be clebrating my birthday and they made a note of that. Anyway I received a bithday day card from the staff at Jiko which was very nice. I had a birthday celebration for the whole week. I got a special dessert from a few restaurants that we ate at. I was plesently surprised. So if you happen to celebrate you birthday at one of restuarants plan on having a week long celebration. I think that is what happened to us when we were there. When DH made our ADR's and mentioned that we would be celebrating my birthday it showed up everytime we checked-in for our other ADR's. It was one of the best vacations we had. In fact we are planning our next trip in December to celebrate DH's birthday.
