Generally, if a hurricane is going to hit WDW (and it's still WAY too early to tell about Ivan), the period before the storm isn't rainy. By the time it's rainy, Disney will have the parks closed - so you'll be relegated to the theme park that is your hotel room.
In general, if we're just talking about the afternoon Florida showers, the Magic Kingdom has an ABUNDANCE of indoor attractions, as does the Disney Studios. Epcot has a lot of indoor stuff too, but it's pretty spread out. The Studios and the Magic Kingdom are the most compactly set up.
