Going Next Week to OKW...

Am a Long-Time AP holder. My AP has expired and am planning on taking possibly 3 short WDW trips this year (weekend trips).

I am arriving at OKW late Thursday night and leaving early on Monday morning, so we are talking 3 full days...

If I decide to buy one at all, what sort of Pass should I get? I am not really certain we are going to do a park every day... Wishing for those discounts again... I was thinking maybe a 5 day hopper plus... And use it for future trips...

Wha's your opinion?

If you aren't planning to renew the AP at this time, I think I agree with buying some type of "hopper" pass. This way you'll have the additional days for future trips, even if the price increases. I just don't see the value of the LOS pass even with our DVC discount.

I agree Pam. I was considering a Hopper as opposed to the LOS because it just wouldn't pay for me... The Hopper would help if we decided to do dinner in a park maybe an afternoon/evening in a park, etc...

I've had an AP for about 15 years (never reapplied once this dumb new "Anniversary" renewal thing went into effect) but have bought one every time I had a new trip without an AP. Usually my family will spend 2 weeks in summer... This year, I am planning on spreading out my limited vacation time so I don't "waste" my 2 weeks right away... That's why I think the Hopper may work better...

You indicate you are doing 3 weekend trips in a year. How many days do you think it will be combined?

If it is 8-days or more I would suggest that you go back with the AP. Do the math for yourself & see.
