Going next week-can I request frig in room without a charge?

I send a fax to POFQ for a request for a frig in each of our rooms(2) and state that I only want them if there is NO charge?

you can always try, all they can say is no.

They charge for a fridge, I think it is $10 a day. The only time you are not charged is if you need it for a medical reason.

Several people just back have said that, upon request, that the fridge's have been free as Disney is in the process of installing them as standard equipment in all of the moderates and deluxes.

I would not fax. Call central reservations and have that information added to your reservation.

You have a better chance of getting the frig if you do it that way.

PS: I would spell out exactly what type of frig you want because I understand they have several diff. sizes. If you get a very small one it won't do you much good.

Disney is in the process of installing no charge refrigerators in deluxe and moderate resorts.

The free refrigerators for medical reasons are very small, just big enough to hold perscriptions.

I heard that they don't charge if you have medical reasons and also to store breast milk.
