Hi alll! My family and I will be taking a day out of our WDW vacation during Labor Day week to go to Universal. We have ZERO interest in anything other than HP. We've been to Universal once before and none of us were very impressed, but we are big fans of Harry Potter and my mother desperately wants to see the Wizarding World. We're planning on going that Wednesday, September 4th, since crowds are predicted to be pretty low in the middle of that week. Because of the low crowds and the expense we've already laid out for this trip, I don't see us purchasing an Express Pass. Especially since we won't be doing rides anywhere but the Wizarding World, and none of us will be upset if we miss the new coaster because we didn't want to stand in line for hours. We will have a car and I think we will probably just drive over ourselves. Park hours indicate that IOA will be open three hours later than Studios, but I don't really want to do Hogsmeade before Diagon Alley (I know, it's probably silly, and if people say it doesn't matter or we're wiser to park at IOA and do our entry there, I absolutely will do that). Will we even need the extra three hours, or are we going to be done and out of there? I'm the trip researcher in the family, so I'm trying to just gather as much info as I can. So I guess with all of this in mind, I'm just asking if there are any strategies we should utilize to get the most out of our one day in WWoHP? I'll gladly take any and all recommendations and advice. Thanks!
