and have never been before. Is there any sort of requests I should make regarding our room before we go?

We're staying there due to a friend's mother trading out her timeshare in Williamsburg through RCI for us. We will be in a 2 bdrm. Not sure if there are dedicated 2 bdrms or if all are lockouts. We will have a 7.5 yo and a 3 yo with us (although I don't worry that they will try to get out themselves, but don't want them so far away from me that I can't hear them).

Are there particular views that might be appealing or should I request a higher floor? I'm assuming that there are elevators so I'm not worried about lugging all our stuff up stairs. Anyone know anything about the pool or any other amenities that might appeal to kids?

We stayed last year at Windsor Palms and thought it was lovely. I'm hoping we'll like this as much. We recently purchased DVC so this is probably our last stay off site.

Also, because I'm just a spazz, can someone give me driving directions from MCO to the hotel? I don't want to travel on the toll road (which ever that is...we did that on the way back to the airport last time and it was awful). Also, what is the nearest supermarket and how would I get there? We'll have a rental car.

Thanks for any input you might have.

I really love this timeshare.

it is directly across the street from SW.

but don't get a view of SW - or you won't be able to park your car.

the sales pitch is next to this.

yes all the building have elevators.

without going on the toll roads you are looking at a long time.

I knew that you had been there but wasn't sure how recently.

I know all the roads are toll ones, but we went one way towards the parks last time and another back and the way back was much worse. I simply cannot remember directions to save my life.

I still hoped someone would know if there are dedicated 2 bdrms vs. all lock outs. Also, I guess I'm wondering if they have different locations for cash guests v. owners v. trade ins. The last time we did offsite, we rented a 3 bdrm apartment from an owner and it was great. So this is the first time I've been doing a timeshare swap.

Thanks for checking in.

we had a lock out.

but I think there are dedicated.

be careful with your little ones.

a little boy got lost. he knocked on my door and immediately start to cry.

I called the front desk and they WERE NOT helpful. (disney would have security there immediately) and we were wondering what to do - when his brother showed up and took him.

so be sure to kept with any children in your group!!!

I recall they had both styles of 2 Bedroom units but we were also in a lockoff. If you want quiet, get a building away from the front. They have their own pool. If you want to be close to the activities then get a building toward the front.
