Going in November-any good rates on Deluxes?

I just wondered if anyone had gotten any good rates in November for any of the deluxe resorts.

We have gotten 30-45% off rack in November the last two years with our annual passes. Before that, there had never been that deep of a discount for October, November, December. We're hoping for the same again this year, but you never know.

This past November we paid $198, including tax for a standard view room at th Yacht Club. This rate was using a code that was available.

I would like to book with an AP rate for this Oct. If I book now .will CRO be able to give me the AP rate when I book or will the AP rate come out later, closer to Oct.? In which case I would still book now and then hope to get it changed later on. Thanks

You can book your room now (you don't need the AP to book the room). If they release AP rates later, you can call and get it switched to the new rate. AP rates are based on availability and can sometimes be limited to certain resorts and certain types of rooms, although we have never had a problem getting what we wanted. Good luck!

Check into renting points from a DVC member -- it can save a ton off the regular rates. Go to the Disney Vacation Club Board for more information.
