Hi Everyone -

We have a trip planned for November, and are all set with mapping out our favs for that trip. See, we had a NYC vacation canceled due to work priorities a few weeks ago and decided that we really needed to get away. At first, we had a Dis cruise lined up, but by the time we got our time off in May mapped out, the cruise ressy was gone. Sooooo, we booked a 4-5 niter at the GF starting on May 13th!

So we'll be there in just about 2 weeks. What would you try to book if you were us? We're 2 parents with DD6 and DS2 (almost 3). Our favorites have been Character Dinner at 1900 Park Fare, Winnie and Friends at CP, and the Princess BF at Norway. Oh, and we did a BF at Chef Mickey's last time and enjoyed that.

Suggestions? We're staying concierge at the GF, so I'm hoping they can help us get some slots.

Thanks!

If you are into character meals how about:
Liberty Tree Tavern in the MK- Lunch
Lilo and Stich Breakfast at O'hana-the Polynesian resort.
Donald's Resturauntasouras breakfast.
Chef Mickey-Dinner.

good luck getting ADRs we are leaving in 14 days and booked our ADRs 90 days out and got the last tables at several of the big names: Le Cellier, Coral Reef, Sci FI,and LTT etc.

so i would call ASAP and you will have to be VERY flexable with times I have a feeling!!

Thanks - we know we will need to be flexible and hope that the concierge can get us in with last min cancellations.

We liked the LTT last time - forgot about that - thanks!

Donald's Resturauntasouras breakfast - heard good things about that - not sure if we'll get to AK with such a short trip, but you never know.......

Keep 'em coming!

We'll be there soon, too! It's all we can think about! I hope you can get ressies. When we stayed AKL concierge, they were able to get what we wanted with one day notice. I think the concierge services have some open slots that they save for emergencies like yours. I highly recommend that you hop on the monorail or take the boat over to Ohana's for the breakfast character meal. It is a standard of ours. We eat there once during every trip. The food is very good and the character interaction is great. They have a cute little parade around the restaurant that your kids will enjoy participating in.

No significant advice since I am a first timer getting lots of advice myself -- but just wanted to say, we will be in Disney at the same time I think! I didnt realize I had to make plans so far in advance so I called for my ADRs on Friday and I got everything I wanted except for Chef Mickey, so I am a happy gal! Now I am going to call back and try to rearrange

You know what they say, the enemy of good is better! :)
