Going from park to restaurant...can you Uber?

We need to get from AK to Polynesian one evening for an 8:30 reservation. We want to stay at AK after dark for a good while (assuming it's open) and in late October it's dark by 7.

Do you think we can get an Uber from AK at 8 to get us back to Polynesian by 8:30?

There are definitely cabs at AK. I don't think I've ever Ubered from there, but I betcha you can.

We used Uber on our last trip this passed September, loved it and will use it again this upcoming trip.
We used from Resort to Resort, Resort to DS and all the parks.

Yes, the Uber will pick you up at the taxi pickup/drop-off location at the front of the AK parking lot.
