Going from IOA to Tchoup Chop - Best way to get there?

The park closes at 7pm and we have reservations at 8pm. What's the best way to get there.

Should we leave our car parked at IOA and walk or take a bus (does a bus exist like at WDW?) or should we drive. Can we park at the Royal Pacific? Do they charge for parking or is it like at WDW parks.

Melanie--it is about a 10 minute walk from IOA to Tchoup Chop. According to my husband's calculations, it is about 750 paces from City Walk to the hotel. Take the path to the Royal Pacific located near Margaritaville. If you are too pooped to walk, go over to the water taxi stand on City Walk and get on the boat going to RPR. The water taxi stand at RPR is just opposite Tchoup Chop.

If your legs are in need of a rest after IOA, take the water taxi from the dock at City Walk (right in front of NASCAR Cafe.) When you arrive at the Royal Pacific, Tchoup Chop is just a short pathway from the dock.

Can we leave our car parked in the parking lot at IOA? I would assume we could. What would be the difference if we went to City Walk.

Citywalk is the area outside of the parks. It is the gateway. Both parks enter off of Citywalk.

Yes you can leave you car parked in the parking garages at the parks. It is the same parking lot for both parks and Citywalk.

You asked if there is a bus like WDW and there is. You would pick it up just beyond the entrance to US and it would take you in air conditioned comfort to a stop at RPR which is very close to the restuarant.
