Got a “happy to await your arrival” message. It had a check in time for 12 AM tonight! We will not arrive until noon tomorrow. I’ve already done online check in but when it tells me to update check in time, I go round in circles and cannot find a way to update the time. I don’t want to get stuck with a room that they tried to get ready for us tonight instead of one that might honor our requests. I’ve tired 4 numbers and it always brings me back to the same pre-recorded messages. Can I get a direct number for Copper Creek to let them know it’s not urgent to have the room ready tonight?? Any help is appreciated.

Don't worry about it. I think midnight is just their default checkin time to show on MDE. Did you book a room for tonight, even though you're not arriving until tomorrow? If so, the midnight check in time is probably simply showing that a room is reserved for you even though you won't arrive until the next day.

If you really want to notify them, try chat via the Member Website. Any "direct number" for any of the resort hotels actually connects to a call center somewhere offsite and isn't very helpful. But I wouldn't worry about it.

Thank you for helping calm my worries!
