Going Crazy waiting for AP codes!

Who else is going crazy with me! Between waiting for a new quote from DU and the AP codes to be released I don't think I can take it much longer! Patience is a virtue; but I can't stand the wait!



Any suggestions on how to pass the time as we wait?

Hi - I know what you mean. My DH and I were talking about waiting until Jan to go instead of Dec. I said that means that I have to wait even LONGER for codes. I couldn't stand it!!! Every CM you talk to has a different story. So... I understand what you are going through... I will be up and on the phone tomorrow morning at 6:59.

Fall APs and codes came out way late last year. Don't worry too much!

I'm waiting too.. trying to wait patiently Does anyone know if DU agents work on the weekend? I'm just wondering because I read another thread where it mentioned that the rates might be released on a Sunday.

I had the same question and I asked in the other thread and was told that the reservation center is open on sunday at 7 am like every other day. Lots of people waiting for those fall codes. Good luck.

Just got off the phone with CM "Garfield" and was told no AP or general room only discounts for mid October. Still Waiting for codes.

I'm waiting , too. But it's not really bothering me. I have my room at Pop already and if the AP rates are good, I will rethink where I'm staying. No matter what, I'm still going in October!

Okay. You learned my secret! I am not really going crazy! At least, I certainly hope not. My family may debate this as they don't love all that is Dinsey nearly as much as I do!

AP rate or not I am going! I have my rooms at POR and AKL booked at AAA rates for the week of Thanskgiving and first week of December. In fact, since I booked through Dreams I don't have to get up every morning to call and check on the rates. Loving that already!

Since a lot of us are patiently or not so patiently waiting; I thought we could come up with something to help us pass the time! That's why I made up a little song! Thanks for adding the music MouseEars4us!

"AKL booked at AAA rates for the week of Thanskgiving "

Would you mind sharing what the rate is for AKL Thanksgiving week. I am going with a friend and her two children and none of them have been there before. I think it will be an All Star or POP budget but one can wish....

Actually we are staying at AKL after Thanksgiving from November 30 to December 4. The AAA (room only) rate is $260.63 a night including tax for a Savannah view room. We are currently booked at POR the week of Thanksgiving at a AAA rate of $118.64 per night room only.

I believe AAA discounts 15% of rack rate for Deluxe resorts. Hope this helps you!

I can't wait either. My DH thinks I am totally nuts and has promised we will go regardless of the rates but being cheap like I am I can only justify an upgrade to a moderate if the discount is worth it. Patience is a virtue!

I am going to need another song soon! I have to wait until Sue Ellen from DU to get back from vacation to make changes to my reservation. We are hoping to upgrade from POR to WL! It would be even better if we can get an AP rate, too!

Hi everyone...I'm waiting too, hopefully for Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, '04 at GF. (Last trip, we went crazy waiting for the AP rates for WL, and the day it came out, it was like a 35 min. wait on the phone to reserve our room...and now...that fun exciting anticipation continues )

I'm really hoping for these nice codes, if the codes don't help us w/ the room rates, we might not get to go!

PLEASE, PLEASE, be nice and come w/ the codes!
