Going Christmas Season 2008

We are going to DLP at the VERY beginning of the Christmas season.
The xmas season starts on the 10th November and we are going on the 10th and staying for 5 days.

Because we are going right at the beginning of the Xmas season, will all the decorations and xmas trees be up and everything how it should be for the xmas period???

Will The Mickeys Winter Wonderland Show be on and santa & reindeer also falling snow etc...

Im just worried that we might miss out as we are going on the week when the xmas season starts and hoping that all the xmas season events will be ready or will we arrive as they are preparing it all???

Has anyone else been the 1st week of when the xmas season starts 10th Nov??? Did you enjoy it or feel that you should have gone in the middle of the season when things are a bit more festive?

Hi,

Yes, all the Christmas decorations will be up, from the very first morning of the first day of the Christmas season.

Mickeys Winter Wonderland show will be on, as will the Christmas version of Casey Jnr's Character Express, snow on Main St, and Enchanted Candleabration. The characters will be in their winter outfits for their meet n greets. Santa will be there, and he will also join in the main Parade each day. I expect the ice rink will be outside the Hotel New York as well.

There are some things you may miss out on, like Fantillusion (it was only on weekend nights in November last year) and I believe there was a Minnie show at the Hub that was also only on from 1st December last year (so we missed that, we went midweek in November).

You will love it - I'm very jealous!!!!!!
