Going back to WDW for Liam's 9th Birthday! 5/29-6/3 WE ARE BACK!!!

a.) 1300's

The buildings in the UK pavilion in World Showcase each possess unique architectural elements. The Tea Caddy building is representative of 1500's architectuaral style. The Cantalier Building, next to the Toy Soldier, represents the 1600's. The second story sxtends out over the street level floor because taxes in the 1600's were based on the ground floor space and creative homeowners built structures with larger second floors to save on their tax bills. The 1700's are represented in the "Mini Hyde Park" area by buildings made of plasters and wood. The Georgian-style stone buildings are typical of the 1800's.

I am happy to tell everyone that wih 25 days left to finish planning for our trip it seems to be coming together. I recieved my gift card from the DS yesterday so I feel confident about disney money, now I just need to do tip envelops. I recieved the Maclaren stroller today and couldn't be happier. I will try to get some pics today when Liam gets off of school. Plus I also picked up some new socks and underwear for the trip. This was so I pack them now and not have to worry about making sure he had enough in his drawers.

I have already packed up Liam's cloths except for a shirt he will get on his birthday just before our trip. I already bought small toiletries and put stuff into small bottles for the trip. Now I need to start packing up my cloths. I might be a little early, but I don't want to wait till the last minute for these things.

Both flights I am looking at still have at least 9 seats on each (20 0r more each) so I am hoping that they wont fill up in the next 25 days. I really want to get on one of these stand by flights, so please keep cross your fingers for us.

Liam has another doctor's appointment tomarrow. Hopefully it will be some good news. With the new antibitic his coughing has definatly decreased, so hopefully his lung functions are better also. He also has a fieldtrip to the Racine Zoo on Friday followed up by a tour of the Jelly Belly Factory. I plan to chaparone, so it should be a lot of fun.

Oh and I think I forgot to mention this earlier, I preordered the Photopass. I loved the pics from last time and couldn't even dream about doing a trip with out one now. I can't wait for you to all see the great pics (and there will be a lot of them. I have bought 2 extra SD cards for the trip )

Hey, I chose the right answer! I'm going to be sure to check out the different building styles when I'm there in September. Because the kids found the WS to be "boring", we pretty much breezed through it... I can't remember much about the countries except for the rides at Norway and Mexico, LOL!

We've also pre-ordered the photopass...or at least my Dad said he did. I've never used it before, and neither have my parents, so it should be interesting to see how much we use it. Sounds like a great thing to have though
