Going back to WDW for Liam's 9th Birthday! 5/29-6/3 WE ARE BACK!!!

You guys make me laugh....:rotfl2: :grouphug:

Lidian, if you want you can go with
A.)then and I will go with C.) Even though I am really leaning towards A.) too! :thumbsup2

Corinne, I agree! We definitely are all winners with going to WDW!!! :cool1:

I dunno what the phone a friend rules are. Don't I have to go with what you say? I dunno. :lmao:

We'll just wait and see what the right answer is and then I'll pick. :p

So first of all I wanted to report the happy news that Liam's lung functions are almost completly back to normal.:yay:

Now I have to share with you all a very funny story, or at least I think it is very funny we will see what you think.

My gas light had come on but I was waiting until I got closer to home because gas by my house is cheaper than by the doctors office. I was sure I had enough gas to get home, I was wrong. (It is the first time I assure you.:lmao:) So here I am in the middle of no where and the closest gas station is about 3 miles away. Liam is with me and it looks like it was going to rain.:sad2:

Of course I called someone to bring me gas, but since they couldn't leave right away I was stuck waiting in the car. So what else is there to do but pull out a notebook and start working on my updated plan for WDW. (Only a DISer, right?:thumbsup2)

Everything was fine for a while, a very short while, when something I ate decided to rear it's ugly head. So here I was rocking back and forth in the drivers seat of my minivan praying that I wouldn't mess my jeans. (Yes it was that bad.)

Finally I decided to pull Liam out of the van and seek help. I needed a toilet STAT. So we headed down the side road and headed for one house, but when we got closer it had a gate and a keypad. Not exactly a great house to ask to use the bathroom. So we headed to the next house on the other side of the street. They saw us coming and meet us at the door. I explained what was going on and the dad let me in right away. As I headed toward the restroom I heard the son introduce himself to Liam.

After I did what I needed to do I came out and thanked them for their hospitality. The dad told me that he had some gas and asked if he could help out. I agreed and headed to the car. As he poured gas into the car he laughed that he should have driven to the car instead of walking, I told him I didn't mind because we were heading to WDW at the end of the month. Guess what????

They are going to WDW in the middle of June.:lmao::rotfl2:(I am singing it's a small world right now.) They are staying at the camp grounds because they have a camper. Of course I told them about the DISboards, so hopefully they will be checking thing out soon. Seemed very intrested that there is menus listed on the boards.:thumbsup2

So thanking them again we took off. But not before he wrote down my number so our boys could play again. I guess they hit it off right away and can't wait to see each other again. I told them we would sprinkle a little pixie dust around for them.pixiedust:

As you can tell we had a great time and can't wait to show some pics of WDW. And don't worry, there will be more explanations of our pics at WDW.

Looks like Liam had a fun day at the zoo!

And yeah, you're gonna have to explain your photos... 'cause I'm wondering about that last one!

Well, there was a row of these strollers to the side of the entrance for families to rent with a sign that said do not sit on. So of course all the kids decided that they needed to sit on them. I spent about 10 minutes telling kids to get off of them but finally gave up when nobody was helping me. This is a pic of Liam sitting in one of the smaller strollers. I had a pic with several kids in them but decided that there parents may not want me to post pics of them.:lmao:

Oh, and I wanted to let you know that a couple of the pics above were taken by Liam (including the close up self portrait). I decided it was time to get him his own camera, but also didn't want to spend to much money. I found one at Big Lots on sale for $55 dollars. Of course they were all sold out when I got there, but as if it was fate someone had just returned one. Why did she return it, because the camera only held about 5 pics. :confused3 Silly girl didn't get an SD card.:lmao:

It is a Polaroid i1237. It has 12 megapixels, 3x optical & 5 times digital zoom, facetacing, and Anti-shake image stabalization. Hopefully it will be a good offical first camera for him and he will take a lot of pics at Disney.:thumbsup2

I am very glad it wasn't the same color as the one in the add. That one was pink and Liam would not go for that, this one is silver. He is very excited about using it, but I want to learn how to do it because than I can teach him how.:woohoo:
