Thanks! It is 12:30 am here so I think I will go to bed but will post more tomorrow.Plus I have promised we will make a countdown calendar tomorrow, so I will post pics of those.

Hi!Someone else that is going to be there at the same time! I am going to check out your report when I get home from work-maybe we will be at some of the same parks.I am going tp post my itinerary when this afternoon.

This a is what I have so far:

Thursday 8/30-I get off of work at 2:00pm and hopefully my parents will be ready then too.We will pick up the kids from school and head to DISNEY! It takes about seven hours to drive but we have to make frequent stops for my dad.I hope to get there by 11:00pm.

Friday 8/31-we will have to get to the lobby early to check in and get our tickets.Thursday night is a room only reservation and we won't start with our package until Friday morning.We will spend this day at MK.I will try to talk everyone into going back for a rest,considering how late we got in, but that is hard to do with this group.We will eat dinner at Chef Mickey at 6:10pm.Depending on how everyone is holding up we may do EMH at EPCOT.We love Test Track at night.

Saturday 9/1-Peyton,Rebekah,and I will be heading out for morning EMH at MGM just to ride RnR as many times as we can(this ride closes for refurbishment on 9/2) before 9:00am and then meet Grandma,Grandpa,and Rae(Rachel) at AK.We will stay all day there and then eat dinner at Kona Cafe at 5:30pm.After dinner it will be early to bed or swimming.

Sunday 9/2-We are spending the first part of the day at MGM.I hope to get concert tickets for the Imagination Movers(I think that is their name).We will leave in time to get to EPCOT for our dinner ressies at Coral Reef at 6:00pm. We are not big on Illuminations so we will either ride rides at EPCOT or go to MK for EMH.I did EMH at MK last year with Peyton and Rebekah and it is one of our most favorite memories.

Monday 9/3-We will start in EPCOT and we have a ressie for a late breakfast with the princesses at 10:15am.We will stay all day at EPCOT and then head over to MGM to see Fantasmic at 8:30pm.This is a must see for Peyton and Rebekah.

Tuesday 9/4-MK all day!!!! We do have dinner ressies at Crystal Palace at 5:50pm.We will see Wishes this night also.

Wednesday 9/5-This morning will be for DTD unless there is something important we didn't get to do.We will probably eat at Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck express.We will head home as soon as we eat lunch.
I know it sounds alot without much rest but this is the pace we kept up for nine days last year.My family never wants to leave the parks except for a few evenings to swim.It is easier to let Rae nap in her stroller than fight with her to take a nap in the hotel room.It takes her about an hour to settle down and then she sleeps for about thirty minutes.We will go back to the room whenever I feel it is necessary though.
Okay,I do need some help with one thing.I would love to experience Little Ones Extra Magic Hours.It happens on Friday and Sunday.If we go on Fridy morning Grandpa will not be able to go with us.His ECV will be delivered at 8:00am.The only other choice is to go on Sunday and then go over to MGM.What would you do??

In writing about the people involved in this trip I left out some very important people.We will be spending time each day with my BIL and his family.We are extremely close to them and see or talk to them every day.We lived next door to each other when the boys were small and some of my best memories are from that time.

BIL-Bart is my DH's brother and two years younger than him.He is also his best friend.He will give you the shirt off of his back without ever asking anything in return.Growing up he was the outgoing trouble maker and my DH was the quiet shy one.He is a firefighter and loves to ride his Harley.

SIL-Amy or Mimi(to my kids)or Harleygirl on the Disboards.She is a wonderful friend and awesome aunt to my kids.Amy is hard to describe but maybe this short story will explain.Two years ago my dad almost died.When he was released from the hospital he came to live with us.I only knew a few hours before he was released that he was coming to my house instead of a rehab center.When I got home, Amy had cleaned my house,rearanged furniture,etc.She knew what needed to be done and did it.She is an amazing person. Oh yeah she also shares my passion for Disneyand rides her own Harley.

DN10-Trev is a true sweetie.He plays baseball,football,and basketball.He also loves dirtbikes and fourwheelers.He will sit down with anyone and talk and talk and talk...He becomes more and more animated as he talks and it is wonderful to listen to.

DN9-Mattmatt as we call him is ..well ...mischevious is the best word for him.He always looks like he is up to something.He also plays baseball,football,and basketball.He and Peyton are going to keep us very worried as they get older.

GiGi and Pappy-They are Harley's mom and stepdad.My kids think of them as a third set of grandparents and they are so excited to be going back to Disney.

They will be staying at POP also and although we won't be dining together we hope to spend lots of time together in the parks,

Both my Mother and I will be using ECVs, and are worried about using the buses, but doubt we would be able to get them in our car(minivan). Any advice on that? BTW does your Dad rent his ECV or does he have his own? If so, Who does he rent from and any problems?

Most people that use ECVs do ride the bus.We will use it to go to MK because it is faster.We mainly like to drive because we hop around so much.You wouldn't be able to get two in the van unless you took the back seats out.You will be fine using the bus ,just allow plenty of time to get where you want to go.

We used Randy's Mobility and it was a great experience.If you want the # just PM me.

Okay I love to shop but even better than that I love to shop before going to Disney.Does anyone else have a blast going to walmart or Target to buy sunscreen,toothpaste,etc. just because you know it will be used in Disney?? Maybe I am losing my mind.Plus this board gives you soo many ideas of things you need to buy.The budget board has cost me a fortune.

Well ,this trip has to be a budget trip.I have promised myself and my DH that I won't go overboard shopping for this one.Tonight I went to Walmart to buy food to take on our trip to the beach (I leave Saturday) and somehow I ended up in the little girls section looking at Disney shirts. I honestly don't know how it happened. They had the CUTEST tshirts and I wanted to get them all for her.BUT I didn't.

BUT...I did let her talk me into a dress.It was on clearance so that has to count in my favor.

I bet i can guess what was spposed to come in the mail today! I think you have your priorities in order on the whole shopping thing. I mean a girl HAS to have a princess dress to wear at disney...and then of course EVERYONE has to have matching tshirts to wear too...and dont get me started on the lime green stuff! I think you have corrupted my mother- all she sees now is lime green and wondering if she needs a new "thing" (you know what i'm talking about- I wont spoil your fun! )

I still havent told DD - but I'm taking her out of school, not sure if I'll be able to do it either when she hits middle school (next year 6th grade) but that free dining gets me every time!! :yipee:

As for your adr's - why are you thinking of cancelling Ohana's breakfast? We love that place - its our must do for our last day!! We pack our room, get our luggage to luggage holding - head to Ohana's around 9am - and sit back and enjoy!! The food comes to you - Stitch, Lilo, Mickey - its a great cast of characters!! Did I mention the bread? YUMMMERS!!

Love your mom's ears!! I want to bring mine from our last trip...

Peyton says its worth the make up work but Tyler says no way.He is not a disney lover,I don't know where I went wrong with him. Plus he is nervous about middle school anyway.

About cancelling the Ohana ADR.We had one too many ADRs and I can't afford to pay out of pocket.Plus we may go to a park or DTD on our last day so I decided I didn't want to have to be anywhere specific.I will just have to save it for next time.

Those were Rebekah's ears but mom plopped them on her so she posed.I do think she wore them several times after that.
